      Pros

      Reasonable pay with little required experience.

      Cons

      Owner is unprofessional and doesn't follow or enforce employee handbook and company policies. Poor communication, very hands off approach to management with little desire to build rapport with the employees serving the company clients.

      Pros

      My position is 100% remote. The pay is fair for the work. PTO is good and there is holiday pay for most holidays.

      I'm a contractor and because of the contracts I don't get raises very often.

      I was released abruptly ( get done with work on Wed., turn your computer in Thurs. morning) for no reason. When I asked why I was told that they didn't need to provide me one.
