Pros

Pay is good, and they cover parking

Cons

The work they request of you is unrealistic and leaves you dreading each work day. They have 2 different time zones that they work off of so your constantly working even after you leave the office. The leadership is inexperienced and treat their workers poorly while parading their worker's achievements as if they constructed it themselves. They are understaffed and constantly losing more workers making the workload unbearable. The work culture is insanely toxic to the point that people have broken down into tears in the hallway. we are the middleman for another company's product and you feel like your constantly being attacked on both ends. No freedom to create, expand, and enjoy your work.

Great pay and benefits. The opportunity to build out the program in your region.

Cons

Does not appreciate their employees. Quick to let valuable people go. Lack of transparency in the direction of the company. Plenty of favoritism
