There's no real HR department, it's run by their legal counsel, deliberately set up this way so you avoid voicing their unethical practices and something actually come about it. Management openly shouts racial slurs and day drink with no consideration of work ethics. There's a massive turnover due to it being such a toxic environment. Promotions and advancements are given ONLY to favored lap dogs only. There's no proper leadership or consistency. With a bonus place in place, this place is run like a fraternity house. The positive ratings you see here are all of the sold out management and HR. This place is run by immoral and devious practices. If you value your mental health and dignity, this is not your place.
