Pros
Somewhat flexible hours
Smaller company-easier to get to know people
Can be left to your own devices depending on who your manager is
Cons
-Upper management is very secretive about details and decisions that relate to the company and your job-builds barrier of distrust
-Upper management takes awhile to answer
-Company does not care about your well-being they see you as replaceable
-Often switched claims around so any bond you have with your claimants is broken
-Micromanagers (especially in HR/Team Leads)
-Bad office placement
-Asks for employees to give feedback and ideas but won’t listen to what you are telling them or will tell you no regardless
-Will pile on workload until you quit
-Poor pay and benefits
-Management PLAYS FAVORITES, very unfair treatment to some employees vs others
-No career growth really, only a couple spots you can move to and they all pay relatively the same, unless you become an executive, but they would not allow that.
