Agile Working - that's not very common for Data Analytics due to the high number of ad-hoc requests but this is very well managed here.

You might need to spend extra time on things like showcasing your work, be a 'champion' of a subject/tool etc., or working on subjects that are not in your area/responsibility. Although these things might sound like a pro, sometimes they might become quite distractive and result in overloading in terms of workload.
