-A lot of upward growth up front. -Decent health insurance plan if you can afford to lose a quarter of each paycheck.
Cons
-Unlivable wages -Managers don’t have any power at any level and all decisions must be run through the very absent board and owners -Bad communication from the top down -No security but they definitely need it, their stores are robbed almost weekly with no sign of it slowing down. -Scheduling department will reach out to you during your free time, weekend, nights, and unavailable days for coverage that they desperately need. -I have seen first hand how trans and non-binary people are literally discriminated against -Company with mostly men and like bro men in management positions, and as a women in the workplace feel my ideas are often not taken seriously because of this dynamic.
