      Pros

      veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid, je ideeën tellen en niet je titel. Veel loyaliteit tussen de mensen die er werken. Gedreven en energetisch.

      Cons

      Vrijheid is niet iets dat iedereen fijn vindt. Als je van veel sturing houdt, zul je het bij Nedap waarschijnlijk lastig vinden. Door rol onduidelijkheid ontstaan er ook wel verschillende inzichten over wie waarvoor verantwoordelijk is.

      Unfortunately, I can't think of any.

      Cons

      Gossipy culture in a small office setting, no direction, incredibly challenging to make money due to commission structure and length of time to close a deal (can take years), passive aggressive culture.
