Pros
I enjoyed the people. Good co-workers, suppliers and customers. Helping to solve customer and supplier issues, to keep customer projects on time and control project costs.
Cons
The ERP is based on an antiquated AS400 computer system, which though quite powerful is difficult to learn and the add-on project management software had no real training. The projects group at Nedco West is still fairly new and going through re-structuring. It will take a bit of time to sort out and get the training programs organised.
