Where do I start? Between being docked for being late (not being told the amount), having payroll steal days and ruin your checks (happened multiple times) then drag their feet about paying you, piling stops on you instead of distributing them evenly. There's only a couple good things about this gig. The drivers and some of the warehouse people, and being given great pricing on parts. Otherwise, it's not worth the hassle. I can see why they have IC work because if they had more employees, they'd be out of business from lawsuits. I would miss a day or two from time to time just because of the sheer nonsense they have you put up with. Do this job for 6 months and then you'll see when you find work that's actually worthwhile.
