Business analyst review - Business Analyst Neem Consulting Employee Review

I have been working at Neem as a consultant for over four years and have genuinely enjoyed every part of the experience. The environment is extremely supportive, and everyone is always willing to help when needed. It truly feels like a close knit team rather than just a workplace.

There are no major downsides. One minor challenge is that the company footprint is currently stronger in Europe, so there is not yet a large office presence in New York for in-person connection. That said, the company is growing, and I am hopeful this will change in the near future.

Working at Neem has been the most refreshing fun I've had in a very long time. We work very hard, make decisions as a team, we live out our values here and are humble, hungry and show compassion in how we treat our people.

Having moved from "big corporate" its a big change - don't do it if you like the security of big corporate but if you like risk and adventure and personal growth I'd recommend joining the Neem team.
