Highly un-organized Doesn't show appreciation for their employees - they know everyone wants to work for them so don't care to put effort into employees growth, they can just hire someone knew Very stressful environment Upper management has been there since the organization started and have a hard time seeing new ways to do things, also majority of upper and middle management has been there for years so they are comfortable in their jobs and plan on staying there until they retire - they don't care to be innovative. This also leaves no room for younger employees to grow Tons of turnover
