Pros
Profitable, good business outlook. Stable flow of projects and healthy order book. Salaries paid on time, colleagues are a great bunch. Office is located in a good/ convenient location.
Cons
Awful middle management; seems to be disconnected from the company's vision/ mission. Lack of emphasis on training and development, internal co-ordination and organization.
