Pros

-It's exciting to see the product's evolution and vision. There is a market need for the product and nothing but positive feedback for the approach -Opportunity to learn from senior leadership and gain valuable exposure as a young professional growing their career -Management really cares about the people. You are valued as an individual (no matter what age you are or background you come from) and each voice is heard. The team has got your back! -Work/life balance is adequate -Great and positive people to work with in every department

Cons

-Limited office space creates a quieter sales atmosphere than I've had in the past (would be nice to have a separate sales space with more energy!!) + less opps to work remote at the HQ

Pros

It’s a combination of the team, the vision, and the nature of what we do which makes it easy to get out of bed in the morning. The experience on our leadership team makes us one of the most battle tested firms in the market and each member has a ton to contribute to improve the organization. Besides that, the people are easy to work with and the office atmosphere promotes energy, productivity, and fun. Additionally, there are clear, interesting, and achievable goals for the future communicated throughout the organization which drives our cohesive unit day in and day out. Not to mention we’re building some of the coolest, cutting edge technology to protect against cybercrime. A great question would be: what about Nehemiah isn’t exciting?

Cons

If you're looking for a slower paced organization that can provide a quaint and quiet working environment, or the type of job that "pays the bills," with a "clock in, clock out" attitude, Nehemiah's truly not the place for you. The familial atmosphere means that employees are invested in the product, in the success of the firm, and in each other; willing to go the extra mile. If you want to work minimal hours and sit on the sidelines, your attitude will not mesh well with the current employees.
