Equipment operators were often sent off without proper information, so drivers have to be prepared for any situation. Trailers are old and often poorly maintained. The shop is ill equipped to deal with certain problems because the mechanics are poorly trained. No health insurance provided.

Overall the enviroment at the Indianapolis yard is a pleasant one daily. Plenty of nice people there to keep ya happy. Pay is close to fair but not quite.

At the enviromental customer known as HCC , i don't feel they're being fair not paying 1st hr . You're out there working and not sitting at all. In addition the equipment isn't rateable , now our power units at least an honest effort is made to keep them road worthy. But i have zero confidence in many lease trlr's hcc uses and loads for us to pull.
