Pros

-Excellent culture and care, management actually CARE about workplace culture and have developed a solid system that works. You enjoy coming to work each day and seeing your colleagues. - Fully catered staff lunch twice a week which saves time and money on your weekly meal prep - Awesome brand new office and location in Barangaroo going for team walks and catching the stunning sunset - Excellent Progression System, hard work is acknowledged and recognized with a monthly bonus and different tiers so even if you’re not performing as well you’ll hit the lower tiers resulting in a decent bonus still. Promotion eligibility after 6 months, for a 10-12k pay increase as well as an opportunity for Executive agent after an additional 3 months resulting in another pay bump up.

Cons

Wonderful Respectful environment, so wouldn’t suit someone who likes toxicity.

Pros

One of the better sales environments that I have seen. Healthy competition between agents but still a sense of commonality and cheering on your coworkers. They have an R&R room to step away and take a break and the actual break room is far enough removed from the floor that you can really take time to eat and relax and not get sucked back in to work. The company is pretty diverse and the management team makes themselves available when needed. Expectations have increased on showing up on time and being professional but it still does not feel micromanaged but rather creates coaching environment. This isn't a sales job where you are pressured to crank out unrealistic daily numbers and get yelled at or worry about job security because of it. In fact turnover is refreshingly low. Pay is competitive and they make growth paths very clear.

Cons

With all the new growth things have become cramped but that will be fixed next month when we move to a brand new office. As with all start ups, sometimes technology and processes take awhile to catch up with the company but overall Neilson does a great job recognizing the issues and working to correct them.
