Terrible…. - Client Development Lead Neiman Marcus Employee Review

Terrible management and terrible corporate. The client development initiatives are changing all the time (they never really give each program enough time to test if it really works before giving up and moving on to a new program). Pay might sound good but you will be overworked, they cut down a lot of positions when the company went bankrupt and gave those duties to other existing positions. They will not transfer or promote you unless you know someone. The company prefers to hire from outside rather than promote from within.
