Working together feels like a family, all staff especially management are super approachable which makes it so much more comfortable going to them with any concerns or questions. All members of staff are always there for you with any problems with work or any personal issues as well. If you are wanting to learn more skills within the job it is super easy to ask management to teach you new things such as working on the bar or some admin tasks such as check in/ check out.

The rota can sometimes come out a little late in the week which makes is a little difficult to plan your personal life ahead. However, it is so easy to request time off in advice and speak to the management team if you are unable to work a certain shift.
