Terrible pay only $46k and explicitly asks the team to work 7 days that's insane. 4. Bonus/ Comission is a scam atleast pay people living wages. 5. No room for growth as he'll only hire for higher positions from Kognitive (his previous company) 6. Extremely toxic organization
