Simplify the onboarding process for customers by aligning services more frequently from day 1. Leverage our own data to help customers understand what a successful customer looks like during the sales cycle. We are dominant in the market but need to be conscious of time to value, from a customer perspective, and be transparent on the services required to implement the solution.
