Pros

-Strong technology with a lot of promise across many industries. -Few leaders have a deep understanding of the technology making them an integral asset to the sales organization -Remote work

Cons

Toxic sales environment - sales managers are clueless, treating the sales origanization as if they were grade school children with no leadership skills. Their ‘motivational emails’ are disgraceful - offering help/assistance when in fact they are incapable of providing support; they cannot even grasp our offerings. This is a strategic sale however they treat it as if we were selling used cars.

exciting technology that’s used by organizations all over the world, from large global companies to startups engineering and product teams are top class, and there’s a strong sense of technical excellence across the company the people are fantastic. highly capable in their roles and just genuinely good humans to work with real opportunities to travel and connect with teams, as well as to grow and expand your career recent leadership changes in the go to market and people teams have had a positive impact and seem to be strengthening alignment and execution

tighter customer budgets and longer buying cycles creating challenges
