Outstanding Product, but not economically viable to Hospitals of Surgical Centers due to inadequate reimbursement.

No professional marketing or sales management leader on staff - never was. CEO and husband are majority stakeholders. CEO is mentally unstable and incompetent at best in that role (both are engineers). Through her reputation and hiring practices she has diminished the value of the company to the point that less than 5 new units have been sold in 2013 surviving only on surgical procedure pack sales. New hire turnover @ 100%. Skeleton workforce remaining while shareholders drain the company values. Up for sale for many years, but CEO refuses to accept any offers. Sad. What a waste of a great product that has the potential to help so many people.
