Pros

The team is truly a team. They work with you as much as they can. It is a business at the end of the day, so they will do what they can as long as it doesn't effect the flow. I just so happened to receive the best job I have ever had at the worst time of my life. When it rains it pours, and they worked with me, but it just became too much for them and me.

Cons

If I had any I would say it, but I honestly cant think of any.
