Pros

People on the ground are good at their jobs.

Cons

Located in South Business Community (now known as The Hive). Leadership Team are inexperienced. Marketing Director mainly uses external agency. Chief of Staff - employees have no idea what his remit is and inexperienced. HR Director & Chief of Staff are rarely in the office. 3 days a week generally. CEO has zero engagement with employees, his first CEO position - certainly requires a mentor. Worst HR department concluded by the CEO yet he signed off their bonus wow! No leadership alignment! When you hand in your notice or they terminate your contract (through no ill will) they want you out instantly, no thank you for your contribution- nothing! Move bad performers from one department to another. No overtime paid! All employees work over their hours! They also have a serious situation with extended working hours which they legally need to resolve (and pay) yet silence seems to be the current theme! Leadership do not fight for or have their employees backs.

Pros

Good salary package and benefits

Cons

HR Director may either lack the necessary experience or is not effectively fulfilling their role. Employee issues and complaints are not being handled adequately, leading to frustration among staff. Additionally, I believe the CEO has not made the best choices when it comes to selecting the management team, resulting in negative consequences for employees and making it the worst work environment in the kingdom.

Pros

Gain experience in Renewable Energy

Cons

NGHC may be a relatively new organization, but that does not excuse it for having a disfunctional and unstable leadership. The turnover of senior management positions tells the story - almost every Leadership position/Director has changed at least once in last two years - and up to 4 times, with a number of senior positions vacant. The same is true at lower levels where nepotism rules.
