Pros
There is nothing Good to share about. As long as you can take your work as a priority and if you don't mind about envirenment you can work there.But the environment will not allow you to do your work also
Cons
1.Not at all a IT company environment there. 2.The worst part is the HR , you will never seen a cunning lady is like her in your life. joining time she will be as sweet as honey but later she will show the true color. 3.Management is completely depends on HR hand , They don's give value to employees hard work and sincerity.If Hr likes the employee that time only that employee is good to management. 4.Having one small own house and using that as office but behaves and talks like billionaire company owner,always gives lecture about values and laws but the management follows that???? never ........only gives lecture 5.There is so much rules and regulation , you will get fed up of that.Everyday they invent new rules. 6.They does more meetings than the work.And Most of the day they spends in conference.End of the day brain becomes tired and result is some rubbish work from some really talented and capable employees 7.There is no facility for employees and no job guarantee also, any time they can remove you from the job without any notice period they will remove employees 8. Each and everyday they reminds employees the salary date which is ridiculous 9. They try to use employees like slaves, if you dont do then you are not so called sincere employees of the company and you are on their target
