      On the exterior they look like a really fun company to work for.

      Cons

      Not great people to work for. The sales end is chaotic, confusing, and sleazy.

      Pros

      Top notched training programs, highly effective installation teams, best in class warranties, the company rewards great behavior and expects top botched customer service from all employees. It's easy to wake up and be lucky enough to be able to represent Nescor to the world. Classiest organization I have ever worked with.

      Cons

      At this point I have yet to find any down sides specific to this company.
