As for management, I can't say the same. I seen people come and go, even there was like weekly rotation. Management don't care, laying off people middle of projects. Very bad practice and as I heard - that is normal. Lot of people sitting on bench and hoping to onboard on different projects before gets terminated. Working over time and answering calls in holidays to fix things simply don't pay's off, because management will terminate you if they simply want do that without knowing investment in projects. Even clients are caught for surprise in middle before deadline.
My recommendation is keep last brain cells and stay away and don't let to make lasting impressions about corporations, because that's an example how not to run company.
