Pros
The owners won't take just anyone with a license and a pulse. They are very selective and put prospective agents through a rigorous interview process. Nest does not use the money I bring into the company to recruit my competition like other firms do. They're goal is to be the best, not the biggest firm. They also will not participate in dual agency; a policy that is very ethical. Nest is very careful in making sure the agents are given the tools they need to be successful and customer service is at the forefront of all transactions. The firm is transparent not only with their agents, but also with consumers. Nest was named "Most Innovative Brokerage" in 2009 by Inman.
Cons
After working with 2 other real estate firms in my career, I honestly cannot think of anything negative to say about Nest. Working for them is a refreshing alternative to the traditional brokerage.
