We understand that you have the right to express your opinions about our decisions, the direction we are taking the business, and how we manage people within the company. To encourage this, we created the 'Your Voice' employee engagement forum, which operates separately from our leadership team. The forum has already delivered several positive changes, which we have acted upon as a leadership group.
At Your Voice's request, we have increased the frequency of company all-hands communication briefings from every three months to every month. We also continue to listen to feedback from the employee engagement forum, which is now in its second year.
While we appreciate that you may wish to use Glassdoor to communicate with our leadership team, we would like to offer you the opportunity to meet with us in person to discuss your concerns.
