Their are no Pros to this company as the salary is delayed to 3 months in average and apart form that PF which is deducted is not even credited into your PF account and some employees tell you to work for their own personal business.

Once you leave the organisation the ex employee is treated like trash and is made to beg for his Settlements as no reply is given by HR or the company chief & many people have filed for cases against them for FNF settlements and PF ( Working here may incur you in loss). Now they have dissolved this company to evade (god know what ) and is named as Pipetel communication Pvt Ltd and apart from that your part of the Pf is deducted and never ever gets credited in your PF account i guess they roll down employee's money in market to sustain themselves and have the guts to tell that PF will be credited later on. Worst is that even chief of the company doesn't intervene in mails for your queries.

Net4 is a flexible company, willing to hear good business ideas and act on them. the management is also willing to go the extra mile and reduce profit margins in order to enable sales team to better compete in the market, and generally leads its effort in accordance with sales needs. The GM and chairman are smart and fair people, and tried their very best to be fair to the employees over the years.

not innovative technically, cash-flow issues. Recently the cash flow issues have escalated and the company's future is not looking so good. moreover, salaries have been seriously delayed and it seems some will not be paid.
