Thanks for writing a review! We try to get a little better with each bit of feedback, and we understand it's not always going to be positive, so thanks for speaking up.
Culture is something that is extremely important to us, and hiring people who are collaborative and approachable is something that we strive for with every personnel decision. That being said, personality is not necessarily a one-size-fits-all attribute, so it is fair to disagree.
Respectfully, though we value your feedback, I would certainly challenge the idea of a broken sales organization with trust issues. To be fair to you, my reply is a bit delayed (sorry about that), but our team has been crushing it for the last couple of quarters and we're very proud of what they've accomplished!
We've certainly been fortunate to hire a ton of great people over the year. Like any other company, some stay and some do not, but we certainly have evolved over the years in what we believe to be really positive ways and the results show it! We're light years ahead of where we were a few years back and we have people like you to thank for it!
As far as going forward, please continue to find ways to bring forward constructive and actionable feedback through your Regional VP or if that's not comfortable, through your People Experience Business Partner.
