Dear Former NetTracer Developer, Thank you for the candor. Feedback like this is not easy to read but appreciated nonetheless. I strive to foster a culture of openness and autonomy, and I apologize if you felt we missed it. It’s also unfortunate you do not feel heard and disagree with our leadership and development strategy. My goal is to create a workplace where individuals can disagree but commit to a common goal and deliver together. We’ve clearly we missed the mark with you and for that, I apologize. Finally, our workplace, culture, and commitment to our customers is something I take with the utmost seriousness.
