If you are self-driven, competitive, and honest with a good set of core values looking to work side by side with likeminded individuals while having unlimited earning potential (& fun), you should be here already. There is a systematic and hands-on 5 week training program (with great incentives for your trainer to help you start making money right away) that really doesn’t end at 5 weeks. For the last year that I’ve been with the company, I have experienced unmatched, unwavering support from others on the team in my same position all the way up to the CEOs. As long as you are putting in the effort there is very little that these people will not do to see you succeed. I can easily say this is the best company I’ve ever worked for.
Cons
The 100% commission pay structure is not for everyone. Be ready to eat, sleep, and breathe work for the first year in order to have a livable income.
