Pros
There are a lot of pros to this job. Anybody can do it. All you need is a Real Estate License and a coachable attitude. If you come in willing to learn you will excel. All of the processes work. When you put in the work and do what you are taught to do the money is also a very nice perk. Schedule is very flexible, you HAVE to put in the work to get results, but the time and place that you are doing the work is for the most part very flexible. The culture is awesome. We work hard and play hard. There are at least 3-4 incentive trips through out the year and countless team dinners and events. This year we took a long weekend in Chicago, went skiing in Montana, top producers are going to Cabo.
Cons
You have to put in the work, especially your first 4-6months. 10-12 hour solid work days. That work may be posting ads from your couch or going to a social event in the evening to meet more people. The work is not hard but you have to do it to succeed. Your success is directly correlated with your input.
