Pros

A lot of my coworkers were truly hard-working, fantastic people that supported the trenches we were working through. Potential for careers advancement, although, only in sales.

Cons

Leadership is being puppeteered by a new investment company, pummeling cash into the organization and creating a culture of surveillance and micromanagement. You actually can't be mad at your reporting manager, as you know they're doing their best while it seems others breathe down their neck. The CEO managed to use derogatory terms to the entire sales organization on an internal department meeting. With, mind you, brand new reps present that had been on the meeting for the first time. Other management played it off as "motivating" which, in turn, created a culture of silence and not speaking up about how you felt. The job description and requirements changed a minimum of three times in one year. There is a constantly changing sales approach. Technology and product offering has no real differentiator in comparison to other competitors. There is close to no lead generation present. You are fully sourcing your own business. (NOTE: Only recently did they make a change to encourage new reps to build partnerships, which adds additional work.)

The company’s product has improved a lot in the last few years. Company is growing.

Cons

Culture is changing away from a laid back 9-5 to a startup culture focusing on getting things done no matter what.

Pros

Netchex is a place where people genuinely care about the work and about each other. Over the past few years especially, there’s been significant investment in the product, leadership alignment, and the overall employee experience. The pace of change has been real, but it’s happening for the right reasons... the company is positioning itself to compete and grow rather than standing still. Leadership is accessible, decisions move quickly, and individuals can make a visible impact here in ways that are harder to find at larger organizations.

Cons

There has been a lot of change as the company continues to scale and mature. That can create some ambiguity at times, and teams have had to stay flexible as priorities evolve. The upside is that the direction is becoming clearer and processes continue improving.
