Pros
Not even sure where to start here - Netech is an incredible company that has been experiencing 25% organic growth for the past 7 straight years. It is a very flat organization, so no politics, not a lot of layers of middle management. They promote from within and invest in their employees. The company provides some amazing perks and has a family oriented culture.
Cons
Should offer more vacation to employees coming on board, but there is always room for negotiation in the offer process.
