Pros

Monday - Friday no weekends

Cons

Same boring job over and over. They have one person who trains and if you dont get it. You are left to figure it out for yourself. No room for advancements.

Pros

Great opportunities to move up and learn a lot of different tech skills.

Cons

Can get overwhelming since this is a BPO and you may work for several companies at once.

Pros

Remote Paid on time (unless they change their pay freq.) set schedule

Cons

-Everything else, there is no upward mobility. -Some people in management are direct relatives of the CEO who are incompetent. -Raises are 15-30 cents at best unless you hound them for more. -During my time at the company one of the contracts expired and we were told that we would have to go a week without pay due to poor planning from management and HR. (we were reminded months before that the contract was expiring ironically) - During the contract phase-out we were given random dates and deadlines to gather the necessary info needed for the new contract but the deadlines were the next day after we received emails letting us know what we needed. -Due to the remote aspect of this job you do not see the number of people who leave the company but they hire/train in groups of 4’s for a reason. ( I could go on but ill keep it short. I wouldn't work for this company twice or recommend it. ) Also, be aware that if you are coming from a very toxic job to this company, at first you will think this company is laid back, and that this review was exaggerated but give it a year you’ll understand. I would like to point out, that i didn't talk about the customer interactions nor the calls because it is your average run-of-the-mill csr job the calls are terrible and people are not smart. Be prepared to feel overwhelmed/ under-trained and then gaslit into being prepared…
