Worst work life balance with worst management - Senior Software Engineer Netlink Employee Review

Worst management, worst project lifecycle. They have short duration project for like 3 months and once tenure is over, you be on bench and they have no active project to allign you. They will force you to put down your papers stating if you dont do by yourself then company can write negative reviews on your tenure. This company is not reliable, they dont have decency to follow their own notice period duration. They will let you exit early. Plus i will suggest not to go for this as they dont have good project, whatever project they assign are having poor management 0 work life balance.
