Pros

There is no Pros. So I am writing Cons here. Worst management. All managers are non-technical, who doesn't understand any technical process. Just want their work done. Company hires only freshers just because company have to pay them less. Why don't you hire some experience persons who can guide freshers also. Please don't ruin the future of freshers.

Cons

No proper planning & process of work. They generally give you task at 6:45pm and expect to finish that day only. I mean really what the hell is this. What manager is doing all day long, if he give task @6:45pm. No professional training to managers, they don't even know how to behave, how to talk with employees, please learn how keep dignity of your position. For fresher there is no increment till next 2 years. And after two year they give you increment on this basis if you ready to sign the bond for next 2 years. This process is called performance appraisal not a bargaining on Grocery shop. How come this possible. No proper code reviews, no one is there to take care of quality of end product. Manager only want, it should work in client machine. Nobody bother about the quality of code written for the application, I have seen many experienced person writing bad code. College pass out guy can code better than you guys. Now I am tired, cannot write much

Pros

They give 2 15 minute breaks. Co workers were nice.

Cons

The supervisor told me I was doing a good job, then when I got home that day, HR called me and said they were letting me go. The first day I was there, while I was in training, the supervisor said I have to go faster. You have to keep your purse and iPhone in a locker. You can’t eat at your desk and you can’t listen to music while you’re working. They are way too rigid and their production requirements is way too much. They expect you to do 6 boxes a day.
