      They are friends. When you demonstrate commitment are at your side. The rhythm of work is intense. For those who are single worthwhile. If you have family forget.

      Cons

      If you have family forget. You will not have time for them. There is no consideration for their personal or family life. The customer is the supreme being and you will answer it at all costs. Will work until callus on their fingers.

      I worked recruiting SAP profiles under a home office scheme. The company gives independence to do your job, helps in any issue you have, they provide all the necessary tools to do your job and a great training.

      Cons

      You have no benefits package, it was a contract job.
