Pros
The company sincerely cares about its employees. There are free snacks, coffee, drinks and sodas in the lunch room. They encourage any ideas or advice employees have to better the work place. Everyone is willing to help each other if need be. I absolutely loved working here. Daily meetings to see what is going on with the employees or if there are any questions or concerns. The meeting is short and sweet I didn’t mind it at all. Friday training to get you up to speed with any changing laws and important company changes. Very informative!!! They are very patient and will train you on anything you need help with. They also care very much about their clients. Management encourages employees to go the extra mile for clients. Benefits are also pretty good!
Cons
Not all holidays off mostly major holidays only but it is understandable since it’s a payroll company clients need to be in contact with payroll specialists.
