      There is no hierarchy restructuring employee are allowed to open up directly and everyone is given equal chance for all opportunities and delivering their creative idea . Senior employees are being very friendly to intern and helping us to improve our knowledge in the field

      Pros

      Great culture and environment, all ideas are welcomes to share. Worked here for 18 months with great motivation and vision. Good number of end clients and they also helps with immigration and visas. One can stay here for long term and make a good career.
