During my time at Netrix/Netrix Global, I encountered significant challenges stemming from poor leadership, a lack of cohesive vision and strategy, and dishonesty towards both engineers and customers. Despite my dedication, I found myself in an environment where leadership prioritized personal interests over employee development and well-being. This manifested in a lack of support, minimal growth opportunities, and a culture that undervalued the contributions of its workforce. One of the most glaring issues with Netrix/Netrix Global is the ongoing lack of a clear company-wide strategy and vision. Leadership can’t articulate a cohesive plan for the company's future, leaving employees uncertain and directionless. This lack of guidance hinders everyone's ability to work effectively and contributes to a sense of disillusionment among the team. The poor treatment of engineers and customers continues to disregard honesty and integrity. Engineers who drive innovation and progress are undervalued and marginalized. Customer interactions are continuously tarnished by broken promises and a lack of transparency, eroding trust and credibility. Netrix/Netrix Global continues to noticeably lack focus on technology and innovation, further hindering its ability to stay competitive. The current state of Netrix/Netrix Global can be attributed to its leadership, which comprises individuals who have contributed to its downfall. Working for Netrix/Netrix Global was the worst mistake in my career. The time spent there was a period lost that I can never regain. It's disheartening to reflect on the missed opportunities for growth and development during my tenure." opportunities to learn about multiple types of clients and systems, and multiple opportunities for advancement

Cons

little to no training for certain people when transitioning to different roles (but full assisted training for others) - upper leadership runs as a "boys club" and dismisses concerns about employees/processes - service desk holds on to employees even when clients repeatedly complain about them and even after re-training they don't perform to expectation - constantly asked to work over time to make up for being understaffed
