      Pros

      no real training whatsoever throw you on the floor and expect you to learn in two weeks no wonder they have a high turnover rate on employees

      Cons

      Liked it....need supervisors on floor all time to train new employees

      Pros

      Willingness to work with school schedules.

      Cons

      Management out of touch with production. Favoritism and Nepotism. Management has feeling of superiority over those that work for them. Problems with payroll.
