      Pros

      Some of the technology is decent.

      Cons

      This company needs to practice what it preaches. Sales in a revolving door as is the rest of the company. Lots of dinosaurs sitting around, doing nothing, waiting for an IPO that just isn’t going to happen, in my opinion. Management in extremely weak and inexperienced. Would suggest doing your due diligence on this company prior to joining.

      Contract position offers limited long-term stability. Some repetitive tasks during high-volume periods. Limited visibility into career advancement opportunities. Could benefit from more early-career and younger professionals on the team
