Pros

Autonomy Initiatives created can be pushed globally. Good teamwork. Good compensation. Pre IPO company with a great stocks option plan

Cons

Extremely dynamic and because it is a startup work model, it ends up taking up a lot of professionals' time with unnecessary things. There are some strangers in the nest; there are a few old-fashioned sales professionals working in the company, try to impose old-fashioned sales models that don't work with today's customers, and the leadership keeps them in the company. This goes against the company's innovative proposal.

Pros

-CEO is extremely forward-thinking, but still seems very genuine and practical. That culture trickles down. -Great customer solutions, so I can compete toe-to-toe and know that it doesn't have to start with pricing concessions, politics and FUD around competition, to obscure product shortcomings. -Benefits are outstanding, IMO. -There seem to be many opportunities to advance, and I have seen a lot of internal promotions in my first 30 days. -Culture is great, and has a strong foundation, but I can already see some polish wearing off at the employee level. You can't put wrong people in place and expect them to pay it forward.

Cons

-I have offered up three referrals and not one has received any follow-up outside of the confirmation email. -No 401K match, but I hear rumors.
