Pros

From day one, I've been fully equipped with all the necessary tools, accesses, and key connections to leadership and their teams. This immediate support truly helped me integrate and understand the organization quickly. The HR operating model is continuously evolving, and I've found the information readily available and easy to navigate, making it simple to take action when needed. My team members are incredibly supportive, always open to helping and connecting to ensure my better understanding. Things move at an incredibly fast pace here, which I see as a huge strength. It creates an amazing opportunity to create and evolve simultaneously. This dynamic environment is perfect for individuals who thrive on challenges and think quickly. It's been a truly rewarding place to grow and contribute.

Cons

The fast pace, while exciting, sometimes means you need to stay very attentive to changes, as updates on what happened and why aren't always immediately clear or communicated broadly. There's always an open space for challenges, which is great for problem-solvers. However, as I've gained a better understanding, it feels like everyone is constantly working on process improvements. My main concern is whether we're consistently allocating enough time to fully deploy, adapt to, and then evolve from these changes before moving to the next. More structured time for adoption and reflection could enhance efficiency in the long run.

Pros

-CEO is extremely forward-thinking, but still seems very genuine and practical. That culture trickles down. -Great customer solutions, so I can compete toe-to-toe and know that it doesn't have to start with pricing concessions, politics and FUD around competition, to obscure product shortcomings. -Benefits are outstanding, IMO. -There seem to be many opportunities to advance, and I have seen a lot of internal promotions in my first 30 days. -Culture is great, and has a strong foundation, but I can already see some polish wearing off at the employee level. You can't put wrong people in place and expect them to pay it forward.

Cons

-I have offered up three referrals and not one has received any follow-up outside of the confirmation email. -No 401K match, but I hear rumors.
