Impressive NPS and CSAT scores, both exceeding company targets, indicating high customer satisfaction. New leadership is effectively driving results, building structure, and fostering greater integration across business units. Much needed changes occurred last year, the fruits of those changes are now being realized.
Cons
Like a good boxer, you aim your punch through your opponent, not to your opponent. Netskope is too heavily focused on a potential IPO, not what is on the other side of that potential event. We need clear guidance on our longer-term goals, Limited career progression opportunities. The company faces challenges in managing an increasing volume of work with limited resources, single points of failure in many support and operations functions. While rapid improvements in turnover have occurred, company has many new hires at all levels of the company. Improvements in onboarding and ramp-up times need to happen. Product is a complex but big ROI. Sales teams that can pitch it succinctly win big.
