Pros
There were honestly zero pros to working here. Well maybe one....you learned how to take verbal abuse so well that makes you desperate to find another job! No other company will ever treat you as horribly as this place.
Cons
Everything! We were basically locked in everyday, given a stack of resumes and ordered to start making calls! If you were on a call too long, Boss would start hollering “You’re taking too long! Hang up!” She would then snatch phone out of your hand, hang it up and shove another resume at you. She had her lunches delivered to her everyday. Employees weren’t so lucky. Weren’t allowed to take breaks or lunches to grab anything. If you were in bathroom too long she’s start pounding on door. Rarely get to leave at 3pm. Lied about possiblilty of healthcare benefits, and amount of commission if your contact got hired. She micromanages like crazy and REFUSES to listen to questions. Will sit at her desk chatting on phone with friends, family etc while flipping through a magazine and has “assistant” sending out information emails, and scheduling interviews. Will call you stupid if there’s a typo in an email she didn’t send. It was honestly the worst place I have ever worked for! Constantly treated like dirt!
