- I have been given good amount of responsibility from the second month of my joining, although it was tough for me for first month but with the help of my reporting manager, I managed to do this. - I worked for almost 2 years and 8 months. Learned technologies like Spring, Hibernate, Angular JS 2.0 - I have also got chance to learn and manage the entire devops of our project including git, automation in deployment through jenkins, managing AWS cloud and many more.

- You wil get chance and opportunity in multiple things, but you have to perform. What I believe whoever has mentioned here the negative about this company, they might have gone through the same phase. - Anyway which company would like to pay to non-performer. Be it any company, we need to perform and give our best.

- Working 10 am to 7 pm gives a relaxation from pick morning - evening rush - 5-7 minutes walking from Metro - Managers are very cooperative and will always acknowledge and recognise the effort by team members - Completely process oriented company - I remember multiple incidence when some of the team members were under performing, their manager decided to organise onsite and few online training from experts,

- You will get chance but you need to perform otherwise you will be asked to go as per the agreed notice period - zero tolerance on decipline and office policies, makes sometime a tough call for team members but the fact remains fact and need to accept
