Pros

-The feeling of joy and hope returning once you leave Netteam for a more respectable company that is offering a significantly higher salary

Cons

-Toxic working environment -Shambolic hiring process -State of office is horrendous -Processes extremely dysfunctional -Non existent bonuses -Minimal employee incentives -Job description very innacurate -Mythical career growth opportunities -Management feed false promises (basically the only thing they do on a consistent basis) -Health and safety isn't important, love how the fire exit is the window and the fridge has more mould than edible food -Shortage of air freshener in supermarkets as it's being used in attempt to mask the smell of the downstairs toilets 🤮

Pros

Some good people to work with I managed to get out of there before I had a mental breakdown

Cons

My experience with this company was overwhelmingly negative. The issues weren’t isolated; they were consistent and systemic. Communication was disorganised, expectations shifted without warning, and decisions were made without transparency or accountability. The culture rewards burnout, not performance, is reactive, disorganised, and driven by short‑term thinking. Management frequently ignores feedback, shifts blame, and fails to provide even basic support. There is little interest in employee wellbeing or long‑term development. If you value stability, clarity, or a healthy work environment, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. There are far better employers who respect their staff and operate with professionalism. I would strongly advise job seekers to avoid this company. The work environment is chaotic, leadership is inconsistent, morale is low, turnover is high, and it’s obvious why. Employees are treated as disposable, workloads are unreasonable, and the environment quickly becomes draining. Several talented people left because the situation was unsustainable. I’m sharing this so others can make an informed decision. There are many employers who value their staff — this is not one of them. It’s also important to be aware that some employees have been asked to post positive reviews to “improve the company image,” which means the online ratings don’t reflect the actual working conditions.

- looking to move company forward in right direction - recently refurbished offices - values diversity and recognised the important role women play across IT roles - flexible working - happy to fund training - has retained some very good people in the business for a long time who care about getting it right - focused on getting it right for customers

Cons

- can be difficult during change to align everyone and as a result some level of disengagement - things can move quickly so it can feel intense from time to time - expectation are high so it can be challenging
